We accept credit/debit & cash. 

Yes! The preferred age is 9 & up but younger kids are permitted ONLY if the child is well behaved & able to sit still throughout the entire silk press process & kids under 9 must be accompanied by an adult. We do not have separate pricing for kids. 

Please do not bring kids or extra guest along unless they are being serviced! We have limited space in the waiting area which is reserved for waiting clients. Please arrange proper care for your child/children before coming to get serviced. We will not allow children to wait in the salon while you are being serviced, you cannot fully tend to your child/children while being serviced and neither can we. We want everyone to have an enjoyable & relaxing salon experience. Also please do not leave your under aged child/children unattended in your vehicle while you are being serviced.If we are notified about such neglect we will refuse service and you will be asked to leave.

Yes. Only on Saturdays we accept walk-ins for silk presses only from 10am-12:00pm. It is 1st come 1st serve. We do not hold spots so we highly encourage you to come right at 10 to secure your spot. if we get more clients than we can handle we will stop taking walk-ins before noon.

A flat iron is a way of simply straightening your hair.  However, a silk press is a professional technique in which professional products are used resulting in a silkier and healthier finish with a lot of body and bounce.

It’s safe to silk press your hair & still maintain the health of your curls! The silk press technique is the least likely to cause heat damage when done properly. Damage is only done when the hair is not properly treated or protected before applying heat. Rest assured our stylists are licensed and trained to properly silk press. We always protect the hair before applying any heat & we treat every clients hair according to what your hair needs. 

A silk press can last up to 2-3 weeks with proper care. This varies with each client and after care is very important in maintaining a silk press. But of course you always have to factor in weather and climate when dealing with natural hair. 

We offer other styles as well. visit our “services & prices” tab to see other styles we offer. We do not offer any styles that involve hair glue or relaxer chemicals. 

Yes! We are a full service beauty bar offering a variety of beauty needs such as; brow shaping, facial waxing & lashing.

Yes! however every client must have an in person consultation 1st to see if your hair is healthy enough to color & to do a test strand before booking your color service. Please note that your color service will not be done the same day as your consultation Unless your simply getting grey coverage or a simple semi-Demi  rinse which is temporary hair color that fades after so many washes. 

We strive for customer satisfaction! If your ever unhappy with your service we encourage you to speak with your stylist about any concerns with your hair or beauty service before you leave the salon & we’ll resolve it immediately! Please Do Not Be Afraid To Speak Up! Once you leave the salon If you have any issues with your service That Resulted From The Stylist please reach out to us within 24 hours & we’ll arrange time to fix the issue.
